The Brief
Vicarage Farm, a care home in Hounslow run by Astoria Care, was working from a site built around 2012 on a now-unfashionable CMS. Families researching care homes online were the first, and often only, impression the site made, and it needed to feel current.
The Build
A full Astro rebuild with self-hosted fonts, a proper News and Activities section, and structured data marking the site up clearly as a nursing home for search engines. Migrated using a CMS-agnostic content approach rather than a WordPress-specific tool, since the old system wasn't WordPress.
