The Brief
A 12-page dental practice site in Cardiff, migrating off WordPress and Divi with everything the practice depends on, finance information, treatment pages and enquiry forms, needing to keep working exactly as before.
The Build
Rebuilt on Astro with Tailwind v4. A third-party reviews widget was replaced with a native Google Reviews component the practice actually owns rather than rents, and a real 84-photo shoot of the practice replaced stock imagery in the homepage carousel. Enquiries were moved onto Lumara Forms after tracing a bug in the old bespoke contact handler that had been silently misrouting some submissions.
The Migration
Every page was checked against the original for SEO signal parity, canonical tags, structured data and URLs, before cutover, so the move carried the practice's existing search visibility across rather than risking it.
